Smarter doesn’t mean that you will lose weight but it means that you should be smarter in all senses that you are sharp you are slim everything that we do throughout our day depends highly on what we consume daily. So it’s important to pay attention to foods that we consume on daily basis our health, beauty and even our mood depends on it.
